Illinois Collaboration on Youth (ICOY) hosted its 2022 Southern Region Child and Youth Provider Legislative Tour today in Mt. Vernon. This event is an opportunity for lawmakers to see firsthand how providers serve children and families across the state and engage in an open dialogue with Illinois’ child welfare providers and staff!
